MonPage is an AI-powered website creation service developed and operated by Monstar Lab Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore and located at 9 Straits View, Marina One West Tower, #05-07, Singapore 018937 ("Monstar Lab", "we", "our", or "us"). MonPage is part of the MonstarX product family.

1. Information We Collect
MonPage does not require you to create an account or password. We collect only what we need to build and maintain your website and to operate our site.
a. Information You Provide
- Messaging Identity: When you contact MonPage through WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, or another supported channel, we receive the phone number or platform account identifier you message us from, along with the display name your platform provides.
- Conversation Content: The messages you send us — the description of the website you want, your answers to our questions, and any change requests — together with the replies we send you.
- Website Content: Any text, images, or other material you provide for, or that is generated for, the website you publish.
- Waitlist Details: If you join a channel waitlist on our website, we store the phone number you enter and the channel you selected.
- Support Requests: If you contact us directly, or use the AI assistant on our website, we collect your contact details and the content of your messages so we can respond.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
- Approximate Location: We read the country associated with your IP address, supplied by our network provider, to show our website in a suitable language and to record where a waitlist request came from. We do not collect precise location.
- Device and Log Data: IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
- Language Preference Cookie: We set a cookie named
mp_localeto remember the language you chose, so we do not repeatedly redirect you. It contains only a language code and no personal data. - Usage Data: Basic information about how the Service is used, such as which features are requested, to help us maintain and improve it.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes, including:
- To build, publish, host, and update the website you request.
- To communicate with you through the messaging channel you contacted us on.
- To operate, maintain, and improve MonPage.
- To notify you when a waitlisted channel becomes available to you.

3. How We Handle AI Data and Content
MonPage uses AI models to interpret your messages and generate website content. We take data confidentiality seriously.
- Your Inputs and Outputs: Your messages, generated results, and website content are used to operate the Service and are not used to train any public AI models.
- Model Providers: To generate your website, the content of your requests may be processed by third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
- Internal Improvement: We may use aggregated, anonymised usage patterns to improve system performance — but not your specific website content.
Your creative work belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your website content.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your conversation history and website content for as long as your project remains active, or as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Waitlist entries are kept until the relevant channel has launched and you have been notified, or until you ask us to remove them.
When you ask us to delete your data:
- Your websites will be unpublished and the associated personal and project data permanently removed from our active systems within a reasonable period.
- Backup copies may remain temporarily for operational recovery, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
We share data only with:
- Messaging platforms — WhatsApp (Meta), LINE, and Telegram — which carry the messages between you and MonPage. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
- Infrastructure and hosting providers, including Cloudflare, which host our website, the websites you publish, and our databases.
- AI model providers, which process your requests to generate website content on our behalf.
- Payment providers, which process payments for paid projects and custom domains. We do not store your full card details.
- Legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Our website also loads web fonts and icon assets from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers may receive your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.
All third-party providers are required to maintain strong data protection and comply with PDPA, GDPR, and equivalent international standards.
6. Data Security
Your security is our top priority.
We use industry-standard safeguards including:
- Data encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
- Access control and authentication mechanisms.
- Continuous security monitoring and vulnerability testing.
