Welcome to MonPage!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MonPage service and related services available through monpage.co. MonPage is an AI-powered website creation service developed and operated by Monstar Lab Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore and located at 9 Straits View, Marina One West Tower, #05-07, Singapore 018937 ("Monstar Lab", "we", "us", or "our").

MonPage is part of the MonstarX product family and enables users to create, edit, and publish websites through conversational interfaces and related AI-powered tools.

By using MonPage (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About MonPage

MonPage lets you create a real, publishable website by sending messages in a chat app you already use — such as WhatsApp, LINE, or Telegram. You describe the site you want, answer a few questions, and MonPage generates and publishes it for you.

You can request changes at any time by messaging the Service again. The Service may include features for generating text, images, designs, and code using AI technologies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MonPage.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent.

If you're using MonPage on behalf of an organization, these Terms apply to that organization, and you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

3. How You Access the Service

MonPage does not require you to create a separate account or password. You access the Service through a third-party messaging platform — such as WhatsApp, LINE, or Telegram — and we identify your projects using the account or phone number you message us from.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping the messaging account and device you use to reach us secure.
• All activity carried out through that messaging account.
• Notifying us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

Your use of WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, or any other messaging platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control those platforms.

We may suspend or terminate access that appears compromised, or that violates these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use MonPage to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Create, upload, share, or generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Publish websites that impersonate another person or organization, or that deceive visitors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or disrupt the Service.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Abuse or overload our systems through bots, automation, or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove any content, unpublish any website, and suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates this policy.

5. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the content, text, images, and materials ("User Content") you provide to, or create using, MonPage — including the websites you publish.

By submitting or generating content through the Service, you grant Monstar Lab a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, publish, and display it only as necessary to operate and improve the Service — including hosting and serving your published website.

We do not claim ownership of your ideas, projects, or generated outputs.

6. AI-Generated Content

MonPage uses AI models to help generate text, designs, images, and code.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

While we strive for high accuracy, the output may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

You agree that Monstar Lab is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from reliance on AI-generated content, including content published on a website you create with the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in MonPage — including software, design, branding, algorithms, and AI systems — belongs to Monstar Lab Pte Ltd or its licensors. "MonPage" and "MonstarX" are brands of Monstar Lab Pte Ltd.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service.
• Create derivative works based on MonPage.
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent.

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect you to do the same. If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact [email protected].

8. Plans, Payments, and Renewals

Your first website is free to launch. Additional projects require a paid yearly subscription.

• Billing: Paid projects are billed in advance on a yearly basis, per project.
• Pricing: Prices are shown on monpage.co and may vary by region and currency.
• Custom domains: Connecting your own domain is billed separately from the project subscription.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. If a subscription lapses, the website for that project may be unpublished.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Enterprise customers will have separate terms outlined in their Master Service Agreement (MSA).

9. Termination

You may stop using MonPage at any time. You can ask us to unpublish your websites and delete your data by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice).

Upon termination, your right to use MonPage will cease immediately and your published websites may be taken offline, but your ownership of your own content remains unaffected. We may retain necessary data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Service Availability and Updates

We're continuously improving MonPage.

This means we may add, modify, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

Availability of individual messaging channels (for example WhatsApp, LINE, or Telegram) may change, and access to a channel may depend on approval by the relevant platform provider.

We do our best to keep the Service online and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.

We're not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions that occur despite reasonable safeguards.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

MonPage is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated results will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
• All data transmissions will be completely secure.

You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monstar Lab Pte Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or
• SGD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monstar Lab Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of MonPage is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal data.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described there.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product changes, new laws, or business updates.

When we make material changes, we'll notify you through the messaging channel you use to reach us, or by notice on our website, before they take effect.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
